SAS Facility Service

Thank you for choosing SAS Facilities as your commercial cleaning partner. Our goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality service with transparency and simplicity. Please review the following terms which outline how we work together.

1. Service Agreement

Before starting any service, both parties will agree on:

  • Cleaning schedule (frequency and timing)

  • Scope of work

  • Final service price

These details will be documented in a written proposal or confirmation email. The quote applies only to the address inspected and agreed upon.

2. Payments & Invoicing

  • Invoices are issued on the 20th of each month, covering services rendered in that period.

  • Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • We accept:

    • Bank transfers (details will be provided on invoice)

    • Credit card payments (3% surcharge applies)

    • Cheques (payable to SAS Facilities, posted to our business address)

Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

3. GST

All prices are exclusive of GST unless clearly stated otherwise.

4. Cleaning Supplies

  • SAS Facilities will provide all standard cleaning equipment and chemicals.

  • If special or hypoallergenic products are requested, you must inform us prior to service. Additional charges may apply.

5. Access to Premises

The client is responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and secure access to all areas specified in the cleaning agreement. If access is restricted on the scheduled day and no prior notice was given, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Staff Non-Solicitation

You agree not to hire or contract directly with any SAS Facilities cleaner during the contract and for 12 months after the service ends. This protects our investment in training and staffing. Breaching this clause may result in legal action and recovery of losses.

7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • If our team arrives and cannot perform the service due to client-related reasons (e.g., no access), a Call-Out Fee of 60% of the visit price will be charged.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before the final cleaning session.

9. Liability

While we take great care in our work, SAS Facilities is not liable for:

  • Items not securely stored or locked

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage caused by improper use of surfaces or materials

Clients are encouraged to remove fragile items before service.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms form the full agreement between SAS Facilities and the client. No other verbal or written arrangement will override this unless officially agreed in writing by both parties.
